Your first 1,000 gallons are at a flat rate of $17.00. Once you exceed the 1,000 gallons, water prices are an additional $3.00, per every 1,000 gallons.
Sanitation pick up is scheduled for every Tuesday and Friday. Each household has a four-bag maximum per pick-up. Please have your covered container to the street before 9:00 A.M. Loose garbage, appliances, yard trimmings, or large objects will not be collected.
For the amount due, please refer to your monthly water bill.
We are honored to provide a special location for your memorable event.
The Community House books quickly. To reserve the location, we require a $200.00 deposit. After your event, we will inspect the location. If you left the building and grounds as clean as you found them, we will refund your deposit.
The Community House rental fee is a flat $100.00 per day. The facility provides a full kitchen, a dining area with an array of tables and chairs, and plenty of parking space for all of your guests.
*Deposit is fully refundable as long as you leave the facility clean and in good repair.

Per the Georgia Forestry Commission, a permit is required for burning all Natural Vegetation that is hand piled, including leaf piles on the premises that they fall, existing small clearings to plant vegetable and flower gardens, and vegetative debris disposal from storm damage, weed abatement, disease and/or pest prevention. A hand piled permit does not include the burning of debris generated by machine clearing of an area for the purpose of establishing a garden spot or land clearing. This type of activity is considered a land type change and is subject to the EPD land clearing burning rules and may require the use of an Air Curtain Destructor depending on the county in which you live.
